Terms of Lease
For lease on a daily basis:
*Additional PhP 1,000.00 per person per day in excess of 20 pax.
Check in: 2:00 pm, Check out: 12:00 noon
More flexible check in and check out times can be arranged beforehand
Provisions
We have seven bedrooms and eight king size beds, with additional mattresses for extra persons. Bedsheets and pillows provided.
We provide power, one gallon of drinking water, towels, kitchen and dining ware.
Please bring your own food and drinks, and personal belongings such as toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc..
For your convenience, we also offer catering services according to your budget.
Booking
Rebooking of reservation is allowed provided that we are given two weeks’ prior notice.
Full payment is due upon booking
Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
